Muneeb what’s your backstory?

I was born into what you'd call a "successful business family" in Pakistan. We owned restaurants, and life was pretty comfortable. But here's the thing about comfort—sometimes, it pushes you to challenge yourself even more. I had this deep-seated desire to create something of my own, separate from the family legacy. I didn’t want to be known as just "the restaurant owner's kid."

Life, however, had other plans. In 2007, our family business split between my father's brothers, leaving us practically with nothing. My dad moved to Islamabad in 2010 to rebuild from scratch, while I stayed back in Karachi with my mom, brother, and sister. It was a wake-up call. One day, we were driving around in a fancy car, and the next, we were celebrating finding enough for cheese toast (which, by the way, still ranks as the best I’ve ever had).

That massive shift taught me something crucial: people can take away your possessions, but they can’t take away your skills and knowledge. As the eldest, I had to grow up quickly. In 2014, I was admitted to IBA Karachi for Computer Sciences, and that’s when I started charting my own path.

Here’s where it gets interesting—moving out or becoming independent early is uncommon in Pakistan. Families typically stay close-knit, supporting each other. But I wanted to support myself and my education. So, in 2016, while still at university, I landed my first full-time iOS app development job after completing a mobile app development course on Coursera. Balancing work and studies was challenging, but it was worth every sleepless night.

After graduating in 2018, I joined ContentStudio, a social media management platform, and moved to Islamabad. Over the next few years, I wore multiple hats—iOS Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Engineering Lead, Product Owner, and Customer Support Lead. Those 10+ years in software engineering and product development were basically my crash course in everything I needed to become a founder.

Looking back, the family business split, though painful, pushed me to develop skills I might never have pursued otherwise. It taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of building something from scratch—all lessons that would prove invaluable on my founder journey. And you know what? That cheese toast story still makes me smile. Sometimes, the best lessons come from the most unexpected moments.

What does PostNitro do, and how did you come up with the idea?

PostNitro is an AI-powered platform that helps people create stunning carousel posts for social media. But here's the funny part - it wasn't supposed to be that at all.

Initially, we were building a Twitter automation platform in early 2023. Everything looked great, the MVP was ready, and we were planning new features. Then Elon dropped the bomb—$50,000 a month for API access. Talk about a plot twist.

After two months of what I'd call "productive depression" (lots of "what do we do now?" conversations), we stumbled onto something interesting. As we were trying to build an audience around the original version of PostNitro, my co-founder Seerat and I were constantly creating carousel posts. And let me tell you, it was a pain. Every. Single. Time.

That's when the lightbulb moment happened - what if we could use AI to automate the most time-consuming parts of carousel creation? You know, the stuff that drives creators crazy: ideation, copywriting, graphic design, and ensuring everything stays on brand.

Today, PostNitro helps users automatically generate carousel content optimized for various social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, you name it!). The AI handles the heavy lifting, but users maintain complete creative control over their brand assets, colors, fonts, and themes.

What makes us different? The product is entirely built by our community. We released the MVP in October and put up a public roadmap where everyone could add their feature requests. Based on the number of votes, we prioritized and built the features. We knew from experience that existing solutions were too complex or lacked the simplicity non-designers needed. So, we focused on making something powerful enough for agencies but simple enough for solopreneurs.

The best part? What started as a response to a crisis has grown into something much bigger than we imagined:

• Over 31,000 users (and growing!)

• Partnerships with 50+ social media management platforms

• Integration with major players like ContentStudio, Publer, Circleboom, and Radaar

Sometimes, the best ideas come from your pain points. In our case, a massive roadblock turned into our most significant opportunity. However, I still can't decide if we should send Elon a thank you note or not.

How did you acquire your first 20 users, and what strategies worked?

Getting those first users - now that's a story!

It all started when I discovered the #buildinpublic community on Twitter. You know those rare moments when you find your people? That was it for me. Seeing founders openly sharing their journeys, failures, and wins was incredibly inspiring. So, we jumped right in and started sharing our story too.

A little Twitter hack worked wonders for us: We created dedicated Twitter decks with specific search terms related to carousel posts and social media content. We'd monitor these decks daily and jump into conversations where we could genuinely help. Not just dropping links but actually engaging and providing value. Sometimes the best marketing isn't marketing at all; it's just being helpful at the right moment.

Our first users came from this community - people following our journey. Everything was free since we were in beta - full access to all features. We got clever with our watermark strategy, too - offering to remove it in exchange for social media shoutouts. Result? Over 100+ shoutouts in 8 months of beta!

Then came May 1st, 2024 - the launch day for our paid plans. We had about 15-18k free users at this point. We were expecting a massive payday (ah, the optimism of first-time founders! ). Reality check: 24 hours passed, and zero sales. Talk about a humbling experience!

But then something magical happened. A user named Natasha emailed us to congratulate us on coming out of beta. She asked if we'd made any sales yet, and when I honestly told her no, she said she loved our platform and wanted to support us. Just like that, she became our first paying customer. If you visit PostNitro today, you'll see our first six customers' pictures proudly displayed - not influencers or big names, but the real people who believed in us when it mattered most.

We also tried several other approaches:

Optimized Cold Outreach: Personalized emails and network introductions helped us secure about 100 beta users, including some recognizable brands.

Value-First Content: Tutorial videos and blog posts that helped people, not just marketing fluff.

Strategic Beta Users: Gave exclusive early access to creators who shared their carousel samples and feedback.

The key through all of this? Authenticity. Whether we were sharing our struggles (like our Twitter automation platform getting Elon'd ) or celebrating wins, we kept it real. That's probably why our community has grown to over 31,000 users today. But those first paying customers? They're still special - they didn't just take a chance on a product; they believed in what we were building. That's why their pictures are on our homepage today. It's our way of saying "thank you" for believing in us when we just started.

What metrics, feedback, or observations indicated you were achieving product-market fit?

The journey to product-market fit had some interesting signals along the way!

Our most significant "aha moment" actually came from our pivot. When our Twitter automation platform got derailed by the API pricing changes, we noticed something while marketing our business—creating carousel posts was a universal pain point. Not just for us, but for virtually every marketer we talked to. They all struggled with the same thing: creating visually engaging carousels at scale without spending hours on design.

But the real confirmation came through several key signals:

1. Organic Word of Mouth: Remember our watermark strategy during beta? We offered to remove it in exchange for shoutouts, expecting a few takers. Instead, we got over 100 shoutouts in 8 months! People weren't just using the product; they were proud to tell others about it.

2. Platform Integration Requests: The biggest validation came when social media management platforms contacted us. Today, we're integrated with 50+ platforms, including major players like ContentStudio, Publer, Circleboom, and Radaar. When such big companies want to add your product to their platform, that's when you know you're onto something!

3. User Growth Without Paid Marketing: We grew from zero to 31,000+ users primarily through word of mouth and community engagement. Zero dollars were spent on marketing, just solving a real problem people wanted to tell others about.

4. Quality of User Feedback: Early users weren't just saying "this is nice" - they were sending detailed feedback about specific features they needed. They were invested in improving the product because they needed it in their workflow.

But here's the interesting part - our "overnight success" wasn't overnight. Remember the launch day for our paid plans? Zero sales in the first 24 hours! But the users who did convert became our biggest advocates. In fact, our first paying customer, Natasha, reached out just to support us because she found so much value in the product.

The most powerful validation? When businesses started using PostNitro daily for their content creation. That's when we knew we weren't just a nice-to-have tool but a must-have part of their workflow. We're still iterating and improving based on user feedback - that will never stop. But seeing how our users have made PostNitro an essential part of their content creation process? That's when we knew we'd found our fit.

Which distribution channels have been most effective, and how did you discover them?

Let me share something fun – we've spent exactly $0 on marketing! As bootstrapped founders working 9-to-5 jobs to support this project, we had to get creative with our distribution strategy.

Here's what worked for us:

Twitter #BuildInPublic Community:
This was our initial goldmine. We shared our journey openly - the good, the bad, and the occasionally ugly. The authentic connections we built here brought in our first wave of users. Plus, our strategy of monitoring Twitter decks for relevant keywords helped us jump into conversations where we could genuinely help people.

The Watermark Strategy:
Sometimes the best ideas are the simplest ones! During our beta, we added our watermark to carousel slides and offered to remove it in exchange for social shoutouts. Result? 100+ shoutouts in 8 months, creating this amazing snowball effect of organic growth.

LinkedIn Carousel Posts:
Talk about practicing what you preach! We used our platform to create carousel posts for LinkedIn, which got significantly higher engagement than regular posts. It was a perfect showcase - we were demonstrating our product's value while marketing it.

Platform Partnerships:
This has been a game-changer for us. We're now integrated with 50+ social media management platforms like ContentStudio, Publer, Circleboom, and Radaar. Users can access PostNitro directly within these tools, create their carousels, and seamlessly push them back for scheduling. It's distribution on autopilot - their users become our users naturally through the workflow.

SEO and Content Strategy:
We were late to the SEO game, but when we finally got our blog going, it became a significant growth driver. We focused on specific pain points: LinkedIn carousel creation, Instagram grid optimization, and TikTok photo mode guides - targeted content that answered the exact questions our potential users were asking.

The interesting thing about our distribution strategy is that it all ties back to one principle: be genuinely helpful. Whether it's responding to someone's tweet about carousel creation struggles, publishing a detailed guide on LinkedIn carousel dimensions, or building integrations that make people's workflows smoother - it's all about adding real value.

Being bootstrapped turned out to be a blessing in disguise. With no marketing budget, we had to focus on channels that would give us the biggest bang for zero bucks. It forced us to be creative and, more importantly, to build genuine relationships with our community.

Today, we're at 31,000+ users, all through organic growth. Sure, it might have been slower than if we'd had a big marketing budget, but the relationships we've built along the way? Those are priceless.

If you could only choose one distribution channel, which would it be and why?

Without a doubt, SEO would be our go-to channel! Let me explain why this is such a powerful choice for us.

When someone sits down to create a carousel post, their journey usually starts with a Google search. "How to make LinkedIn carousels," "Instagram carousel dimensions," and "carousel post templates" - these are all moments where people are actively looking for a solution. And that's exactly where we want to be.

What makes SEO particularly powerful for us is the intent behind these searches. These aren't just casual browsers - these are people actively looking to solve a specific problem. When someone searches "how to create engaging LinkedIn carousels," they're usually sitting at their desk, ready to create content right now. The conversion potential is just different when you catch someone at that exact moment of need.

Plus, SEO is like the gift that keeps on giving. While other channels need constant feeding (try not posting on Twitter for a week), a well-optimized piece of content can bring in consistent traffic for months or even years. Once you rank for valuable keywords, you're essentially building a 24/7 lead generation machine.

The beautiful thing about our space is that carousel creation has so many unique aspects to cover - dimensions, design tips, platform-specific guidelines, and engagement strategies. Each of these topics represents a different entry point for potential users. Someone might come in looking for Instagram carousel dimensions, but they stay when they realize we can automate their entire creation process.

Here's something interesting - remember those Twitter search terms we used to monitor in our decks to find people talking about carousel creation? Well, now we're ranking for those exact terms on Google! It's like we've come full circle, but instead of manually jumping into Twitter conversations, we're reaching a much wider audience automatically through search. Those same pain points and questions we used to address one tweet at a time are now bringing thousands of potential users to our platform through SEO.

What tools are your closest competitors?

  • Canva
  • ContentDrips
  • Taplio
  • Simplified
  • AI Carousels
  • Why do your users choose PostNitro over other tools?

You know what's interesting? Our biggest differentiator came from a simple realization - most carousel creation tools were either too complex for non-designers or too basic for professional needs. We hit this sweet spot in the middle that makes us unique.

Here's why users stick with PostNitro:

    AI That Understands Content Creation
While there are other AI tools, we've optimized ours especially for carousel creation. It's not just about generating random content—it's about understanding how to break down ideas into compelling, swipeable stories. Plus, we support multiple AI models (GPT-4, Claude series) so users can choose what works best for their specific needs.

Designed by the Community for the Community
This isn't just a tagline - it's our secret sauce. We build based on the community's needs, gather their feedback, and build based on it. Anyone can add their required feature or improvements to our public roadmap, and we further plan and add to our sprints.

    Platform-Specific Optimization
We don't just create generic carousels. Each piece of content is optimized for the platform it's going to - whether that's LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, or TikTok. The dimensions, formatting, and design elements are automatically adjusted to perform best on each platform.

    Flexible Add-On System
Instead of forcing users into rigid plan upgrades, we recently introduced an add-on system that lets them customize their limits. Need more workspaces but not more team members? No problem! This flexibility has been a game-changer for our users who don't want to pay for features they won't use.

    Integration Capabilities
Being integrated with 50+ social media management platforms means users can create carousels without leaving their existing workflow. This seamless integration is something our competitors often struggle to match.

    Focus on Brand Consistency
Users can save their brand colors, fonts, and templates to maintain consistency across all their carousels. It's about making brand management effortless, not just possible.

But here's what makes us different - we constantly evolve based on user feedback. Being a bootstrap startup means we can't outspend our competitors on marketing, so we focus on out-listening them instead. Every feature we add comes from actual user needs and requests.

And you know what? Some of our most loyal users are those who've tried other tools first. They often tell us it's not just about what we offer but how we offer it - making professional-level carousel creation accessible to everyone, regardless of their design skills.

What percentage of your customers use the free plan, and why did you decide to offer it?

Looking at our numbers, about 98% of our users are on the free plan - and you know what? We're totally okay with that!

The decision to offer a free plan was pretty straightforward for us. First, let's be honest - when competing with a giant like Canva that offers free tools, you must meet users where they're comfortable. But it goes deeper than just matching the competition.

Users should be able to truly experience the value of our platform before making a financial commitment. It's like test-driving a car - you wouldn't buy one without taking it for a spin first, right?

Our free plan strategy works on multiple levels:

    1. Natural Product-Led Growth
When free users create carousels with our watermark, they become our brand ambassadors. During our beta, we got over 100 shoutouts just by offering to remove the watermark - that's organic marketing you can't buy!

    2. User Education
The carousel creation process has a learning curve. The free plan gives users time to explore features, understand our AI capabilities, and figure out how PostNitro fits into their workflow without any pressure.

    3. Informed Upgrades
When users upgrade, they do so because they've experienced real value. These become our most loyal users because they know exactly what they're paying for.

    4. Market Feedback
The free plan gives us invaluable insights into how people use our platform. This helps us continuously improve and add users' desired features, not just what we think they need.

The key is finding the right balance - offering enough value in the free plan to demonstrate our capabilities while ensuring our premium features provide additional benefits for power users and teams. Our recent switch to an add-on-based system for paid plans makes this transition even smoother, letting users upgrade exactly what they need when they need it.

And here's something interesting - some of our most enthusiastic premium users started using the free plan. They grew with us, and when their needs expanded, upgrading was a natural next step rather than a hard sell.

How successful has your affiliate program been, and how do you attract partners?

Let me be totally transparent about our affiliate program – it's an area where we know we could be doing much better.

Right now, we run our affiliate program through LemonSqueezy, offering a pretty attractive 30% recurring commission for all paying users. We’ve got about 26 affiliates signed up, but if I’m being honest, we haven’t given the program the attention it deserves. It’s been more of a “set it and forget it” situation so far, which... yeah, probably not our smartest move!

But here’s the exciting part – we’re planning a complete overhaul of our affiliate program, set to launch in March 2025. We’ve learned that just offering good commission rates isn’t enough; you need to actively nurture and support your affiliate partners.

Why haven’t we pushed it harder until now? Well, being a bootstrap startup means we’ve had to prioritize, and we’ve been focused on building our core product and growing through other channels like SEO and platform partnerships. But we’ve realized we’ve been leaving opportunity on the table here.

    The potential is definitely there:

    • Our product has proven value (31,000+ users think so!)
    • We offer recurring commissions (who doesn’t love passive income?)
    • There’s a huge market for carousel creation tools
    • We’ve got the social proof to back it up

We’re looking at this as another channel where we can apply what we’ve learned from our other successful growth strategies – being genuine, providing real value, and building strong relationships.

Stay tuned for our refined program in 2025 – we’ve got some exciting plans in the works.

How will AI reshape social media content, and how will PostNitro stay ahead?

Let me share something exciting - we're in the middle of a massive shift in how content is created, and AI is at the heart of it.

Do you know how creating carousel posts took a lot of time? It could take hours to develop ideas, write copy, design slides, and ensure everything looks good and stays on brand. AI is completely transforming this workflow, but the interesting part is that it's not about replacing human creativity but amplifying it.

Here's how we see AI reshaping social media content creation:

    Content Ideation & Research
Remember spending hours researching topics and figuring out what to post? AI can now analyze trending topics, understand your audience's interests, and suggest content ideas likely to resonate. But the magic happens when you combine this with human experience and brand knowledge.

    Personalization at Scale
This is huge! With AI, you can create content variations for different audiences without starting from scratch each time. At PostNitro, users create multiple versions of their carousels for different platforms, each optimized for that specific audience - something that would've been incredibly time-consuming before.

    Design Intelligence
AI isn't just about text anymore. It's getting scarily good at understanding design principles, brand guidelines, and what works visually on different platforms. But here's the key - it's not about generating generic designs but learning what works for YOUR brand and audience.

    How are we staying ahead?

    1. Multi-Model Approach
We're not betting on just one AI model. We integrate multiple AI engines (GPT-4, Claude series) because we've learned that different content types work better with different models. This flexibility lets us offer the best tool for each specific task.

    2. Platform-Specific Optimization
We're constantly training our AI to understand the nuances of different social platforms. A carousel that works on LinkedIn might need a completely different approach on Instagram or TikTok.

    3. Human-AI Collaboration
The future isn't AI replacing humans; it's about finding the perfect balance. We're focusing on making our AI tools feel like smart assistants that handle the heavy lifting while leaving the creative direction to the user.

But what excites me about the future is that we're just scratching the surface. As AI technology evolves, we're seeing new possibilities almost daily. Imagine AI that can help predict how well your carousel will perform before you post it or automatically adapt your content based on real-time engagement data. The key is staying nimble and keeping our ears to the ground. Being bootstrapped gives us an advantage here - we can move fast and adapt quickly based on what our users need, not what investors think is trendy.

One thing won't change, though - our focus will always be on making content creation more efficient and effective for our users. AI is one (pretty awesome) tool in that mission.

How did PostNitro's Product Hunt reviews impact your early growth?

Our Product Hunt launch taught us something exciting about the power of authentic reviews.

While the launch was pretty straightforward (we just jumped in without some massive launch strategy), the reviews we received made it special. When established creators and marketers started sharing their genuine experiences with PostNitro, this fantastic ripple effect was created.

What made these reviews powerful wasn't just the 5-star ratings but the detailed stories about how PostNitro solved real problems. These weren't just generic "great product" comments but specific examples of how people used our platform to transform their content creation process.

This tied in perfectly into our word-of-mouth strategy. Think about it—when a respected creator shares a detailed review about how they're using your product, it carries much more weight than any marketing message. These reviews became social proof that we could point to and, more importantly, that our users could share with their networks.

The timing was perfect, too. Remember our "watermark for shoutout" strategy that got us 100+ testimonials? Seeing these authentic shoutouts alongside verified reviews from influential users on Product Hunt created the perfect storm of credibility. New users weren't just taking our word for it—they were seeing real people, from solo creators to established marketers, sharing their success stories.

Today, with 31,000+ users, we can trace our growth back to those early reviews and the credibility they built. It's funny - we didn't plan it this way, but being people-focused and genuinely caring about user success was our best marketing strategy. Those Product Hunt reviews were just people honestly sharing their experiences, and that authenticity resonated more than any carefully crafted campaign ever could.

What is your plan for PostNitro in the future?

You know what's exciting? We've really nailed the carousel post-generation part of content creation—like, really nailed it. But here's the thing: we're just getting started.

Our vision for PostNitro goes way beyond just carousels. Think about it—content creators don’t just make carousels, right? They need a whole suite of content types to keep their social media presence engaging. And that’s precisely where we're heading.

    Here’s what’s cooking:

    1. Single Image Generation 2.0
We’re completely revamping our single-image generation. This isn’t just a minor update; we’re talking about a ground-up rebuild to make creating stunning single-post images as seamless as our carousel creation.
    2. Video Shorts
Next up on our roadmap? Video shorts. With platforms increasingly pushing toward video content, we want to ensure our users can create engaging short-form videos just as quickly as they create carousels with us today.

The goal? To become a complete content creation suite. Imagine having all your content creation needs—carousels, single posts, video shorts—available in one place, all with the same AI-powered simplicity that made our carousel maker so popular.

We're building this for the long haul. It’s not about quick wins or exit strategies; it’s about creating something genuinely valuable for our community. When you've got 31,000+ users trusting you with their content creation, you’ve got a responsibility to keep innovating and improving.

The way we see it, we’re just in chapter one of the PostNitro story. The carousel maker was our proof of concept—proving we could take something complex and make it accessible to everyone. Now, it’s time to apply that same philosophy to every type of content our users need to create.

Stay tuned—things are about to get even more interesting.

What specific tools, software, or resources have been essential in growing PostNitro?

Let me share something interesting about our tech stack - it's a perfect example of "start simple, then build what you need".

Our foundation is built on three powerhouses:

But here's where it gets interesting - our journey has been all about knowing when to use existing tools and when to build our own.

A perfect example? Our PDF and PNG generation system. We started with a third-party service for converting HTML to PDF/PNG, but it became a huge bottleneck because it couldn't handle modern CSS features. Instead of compromising on design quality, we built our solution. This has become our philosophy - use existing tools until they become limiting, then build what we need.

For customer communication and engagement, two tools have been absolute game-changers:

Here's a fun story about our payment processing journey - we initially used Lemon Squeezy, but as we grew, we needed something more robust. The switch to Paddle turned out to be one of our best decisions. Not only did it solve our payment headaches, but it also led to an unexpected win - we got selected for Paddle's AI Launchpad program. Out of 75 startups, we reached the top 5 for their demo day!

The key to learning? Sometimes the tools you start with aren't the ones you end up with, and that's okay. Being able to recognize when to switch or when to build your solution has been crucial for our growth.

What advice would you give to founders on finding the right channels to attract clients for their product?

Here’s something that might save you some time and stress—there's no "perfect" channel, but there is a perfect approach: start with where your users are already looking for solutions.

Here's what worked for us at PostNitro and what I'd recommend to other founders:

    1. Listen Before You Launch
When we pivoted from Twitter automation to carousel creation, it wasn't because we thought it was a cool idea - it was because we were actively creating carousels ourselves and feeling the pain points. Your best channel might be hiding in your users' daily struggles.

    2. Start With Zero-Budget Strategies
Being bootstrapped taught us something valuable - you don't need a massive marketing budget to reach users. We grew to 31,000+ users without spending a dollar on ads. How?

    • Engaging genuinely in communities (#BuildInPublic on Twitter was gold for us)
    • Creating helpful content that answers specific user problems
    • Letting your product speak for itself (our watermark strategy got us 100+ shoutouts!)

    3. Turn Users Into Advocates
Some of our best marketing has come from happy users. Remember our first paying customer, Natasha? She became a customer because she genuinely loved what we were building. That kind of authentic advocacy is worth more than any paid campaign.

    4. SEO Isn't Easy, But It Works
Here's something we learned later than we should have - when people need a solution, they Google it. Focusing on SEO might initially feel slow, but it builds long-term, sustainable traffic. Those search terms you see people using? They're telling you exactly what they need.

    5. Test Small, Scale What Works
We tried various approaches, but we always started small:

    • Testing content topics with Twitter posts before creating full blog articles
    • Trying features with beta users before full launches
    • Starting with basic integrations before building full partnerships

    6. Build Genuine Relationships
Some of our most significant wins came from real connections. Our partnership with Circleboom started from a simple Twitter interaction. You never know which authentic conversation might lead to your next big opportunity.

    The Most Important Advice?
Don't try to be everywhere at once. Pick one or two channels where you can provide real value and do them well. Focusing on building in public and creating helpful content worked better than spreading ourselves thin across every possible marketing channel.

Remember, the "right" channel isn't about what's trendy - it's about where you can consistently show up and provide value to your potential users. Sometimes, the best marketing isn't marketing at all - it's just being genuinely helpful where your users already are.

Who are some recommended experts or entrepreneurs to follow for learning how to grow a business?

    People to follow:

    Igor Momentum

    Ved Rasic

    Paul Mit

What drives you to do what you do?

What drives me is pretty simple - I want to feel free. Free to explore, free to create, and free to chart my own course. Growing up watching One Piece (yes, the anime!) shaped how I view entrepreneurship. It might sound different, but hear me out!

Just like Luffy building his crew and sailing across the Grand Line, I see entrepreneurship as this amazing adventure where you:

    • Build a crew (team) of passionate people
    • Explore new horizons (opportunities)
    • Face challenges that make you stronger
    • Meet incredible people along the way
    • And maybe conquer a bit of the entrepreneurship world.

Every interaction with users, new partnership, and challenge we overcome are all parts of this bigger adventure. It's about learning, growing, and building something meaningful while connecting with as many people as possible.

Sure, building PostNitro is about creating a successful product, but at its heart, it's about that freedom to explore and the excitement of not knowing what's around the corner. Like in One Piece, sometimes the greatest treasures are the connections you make and the lessons you learn.

    Any quotes you live by?

The one quote that hits home for me comes from my experience during our family's tough times:

"People can take everything from you, but they can't take away your skills and learnings."

It pushed me to get a CS degree, work while studying, and ultimately build PostNitro. And you know what? This mindset has proven itself true time and time again. When our Twitter automation platform got derailed by API changes, it wasn't the end - it was just another chance to apply our skills in a new direction.

There's also this concept from One Piece that I live by (yes, I'm bringing anime into this). It's about how true freedom comes from having the courage to chase your dreams, even when the path isn't clear. We're building PostNitro not just as a business but as our way of exploring new horizons and creating our own adventure.

Oh, and one more that's become relevant since becoming a founder:

"The best marketing isn't marketing at all - it's just being genuinely helpful where your users already are."

We've built our entire community around this idea.

These aren't just quotes to me - they're lessons learned from my journey's highs and lows. From those cheese toast days to having 31,000+ users on PostNitro, they've guided almost every major decision.
